A note from the founder

Why I started InStride.

I've spent over a decade in public accounting — primarily in outsourced accounting and advisory, sitting in financial leadership roles for dozens of companies across industries. I've worked alongside internal teams, stepped into CFO seats, and seen firsthand what a difference it makes when a business has strong financial processes, real leadership, and a strategy that actually connects to their goals.

The experience taught me a lot, but one thing stood out clearly: too many professionals are focused on the deliverable and then stop there. The financials go out, the accounts get reconciled and that's the end of it. The compliance box gets checked but the real conversations never begin.

I started InStride to close that gap — not by building just another accounting firm, but by building something where I can truly get to know you and your business at a deep level. That way I can best help you get where you want to go.
